Terms and Conditions for the Qoocam Quest!
1. Eligibility and
Entry
1.1. Eligibility: Entry into the lucky draw is strictly limited to individuals who physically attend the Smartnation 2025 (the “Exhibition”) during the exhibition dates: 18th November 2025 to 20th Novender 2025.
1.2. Entry Mechanism: To be eligible for entry,
participants must fully complete the official registration form provided
at the exhibition booth. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
1.3. Demonstration Requirement: To validate the entry,
participants must schedule and complete an on-site product demonstration.
This demonstration must occur within 30 days of
the contest registration date. Failure to complete the demonstration
within this period will result in the entry being disqualified.
2. Prize Draw and
Notification
2.1. Draw Date: The lucky draw will be conducted and
completed within forty-five (45) calendar days following
the final day of the Exhibition.
2.2. Winner Notification: The winner(s) will be notified via
the contact details provided on their registration form (email or phone)
within five (5) working days of the draw.
2.3. Public Announcement: The results of the lucky draw,
including the winner’s name (or partial name/initials), will be shared
with all registered contestants via email or posted on Bitlink System Sdn Bhd‘s official
website/social media platform.
3. Prize Conditions
3.1. Non-Transferable and
Non-Exchangeable: The
prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Under no
circumstances can the prize be exchanged for cash or any other
alternative.
3.2. Delivery of Prize: The confirmed winner(s) will receive
the prize item(s) within two (4) weeks following the
official public announcement date. Delivery details will be confirmed with
the winner.
3.3. Taxes and Costs: Any tax liability, as well as any
other costs, expenses, or charges associated with the acceptance or use of
the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4. General
Conditions and Rights
4.1. Reservation of Rights: Bitlink System Sdn Bhd reserves
the right, at its sole discretion, to:
a) Amend, modify, or cancel these Terms and Conditions at
any time without prior notice.
b) Disqualify any participant who is found to be tampering with
the entry process or the operation of the lucky draw, or who acts in a
manner deemed unfair or disruptive.
c) Substitute the prize with another of equivalent value in
the event that the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason
beyond the company’s control.
d) Use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional and
marketing purposes without additional compensation.
4.2. Data Privacy: By entering the contest,
participants agree that Bitlink System Sdn Bhd may
collect and use the personal data provided for the purpose of
administering the lucky draw and for future marketing
communications, in accordance with applicable data protection
laws.
4.3. Governing Law: This promotion and its terms and
conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
